We offer self-guided tours of the Central Campus and King's Buildings and the ability to chat to our students online, before or after your visit.
The audio tour allows you to explore our beautiful campuses at your own pace, at a time that suits you. Please note this tour route is all outside. The app is free to download and is compatible with most iOS and Android devices – all you need is a smartphone or tablet. Prior to downloading please read the privacy policy further down on this page.
If you want to explore a little more we also have two detailed self-guided tour leaflets: one for the Central Campus and one for King’s Buildings. You can also pick up a paper copy of these from the Visitor Centre.
If there is a yellow weather warning, please take caution when undertaking the self-guided tour. Ensure you have suitable clothing, assess the situation as you are taking the tour and if required stop the self-guided tour and take shelter.
Heavy Rain: When it is wet our surfaces can become slippery, please be careful when walking around the route it includes slopes and uneven surfaces like cobblestones.
Wind: When high winds occur, our Estates teams work to keep the campus maintained and manage risks as far as possible. Due to the unpredictable nature of weather and surrounding trees/buildings, we cannot guarantee that debris (such as loose building parts or tree branches) will not fall. Therefore please proceed with caution if you decide to walk the route.
